Nori Sheets

The large big leaves of seaweed are used for rolled Maki Sushi. They are the "wrapping" for the rice and the other ingredients like fish or vegetables. Also some Nigiri Sushi use some Nori stripes for fixing ingredients on top of the rice ball or for decoration.

We suggest to use roasted seaweed. It has a light and salty taste. Norisheets have the size of 20x20 cm most of the times. They contain lots of healthy jodine.
