Nigiri Sushi Tuna

INGREDIENTS (for 16 pieces):

200 g (6 z) tuna
400 g (13 oz) cooked sushi rice Im Asiashop erhältlich :-)
2 Tbs wasabi paste

To serve: soy sauce, wasabi paste, pickled ginger

available at Asian grocers or amazon

PREPARATION:

How to make Nigiri Sushi (pictures)

1. Form rice balls of a 1,5x4 cm size.

2. Cut tuna into thin slices of 2x5 cm size.

3. Spread a tiny amount of wasabi paste onto the tuna slices and place onto the rice balls.

4. Serve with soy sauce, wasabi paste and pickled ginger
